When loading the workflow, two messages appear: “Set/Get node input undefined. Most likely you're missing custom nodes”. But all custom nodes are loaded without problems. How can I find Set/Get nodes that give this error if the workflow is very large?

Perhaps I can look something up in the console, but I haven't found anything indicating this problem yet.

That happens to me also.
I cannot even add get node manually.

I get the same issue now too, last update made the node un-useable.
