Allow Scoop to be moved to the same wall as the Label Tab

Please add an option to have the scoop on the same wall as the label tab. When I pick up the bins, I do so by the tab, and tilt forward to get the hardware inside to move forward. Having the scoop on the same wall as the tab would make this easier IMHO.
