Allow alternate implementations of KendoTransport (constructor) to be passed in when instantiating a DataSource to allow for custom logic on create, read, update, etc. functions.
This would be helpful (for example) in extending the transport object to support Backbone.Paginator or other extentions on the base Backbone collections.
