Panic when parsing valid SQL SELECT '1', '2' or any malformed SQL like SELECT * FROM table UNION

Whenever there is malformed SQL the formatter panics

It also considers valid SQL like SELECT without FROM, as invalid an panics

I think it works if you are not using v0.0.1 but the latest commit.

This repository seems to be abandoned, so I've created a fork, applied some patches and restructured and cleaned-up the whole code. Hope it is an improvement for some, might improve it further...
