Kiwi testing fails due to "missing categories field" which is not missing

Hello,

I have a first time publication PR open for the devfile registry operator. The test suite labelled 'kiwi' does not seem to be passing, when I checked the log it shows that the reason is because metadata.annotations.categories field is missing from the CSV, this is not the case as we have this defined: #3287 (comment)

Looking at other PRs this does not seem to be failing for anyone else. Is there a misunderstanding in what is actually failing here?

If anyone can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it!
