Build Benchmarks RTD on-merge in main branch #21

We need to automate the docs building on each merge of the main/master branch, especially because we iterate in this inception phase.

I have tried to configure this based on previous experience on the RTC project as documented by @saulshanabrook on https://github.com/jupyterlab/rtc/issues/62#issuecomment-661136761

Saul says

Delete the Read the Docs integration from my personal github account.
Remove the github integration from my Read the Docs account
Re-add the github integration, making sure to grant access to the jupyterlab org
Re-add the webhook for the repo from the Read the Docs admin page

How can I make sure to grant access to the jupyterlab org
