If you commit changes by going to Team->Commit, at the bottom of the window is an option to 'Update Task'. This allows you to select an issue that you can mark as being resolved by the changes that you are committing. The issue that OP is reporting is that you can only select a single issue to relate to a commit. As a developer, I would like to include multiple issues within a single commit.
