line 136 talks about compensation and define like internal.
Xilinx new documentation only show three possible kinds of compensation
"SYSTEM_SYNCHRONOUS", "SOURCE_SYNCHRONOUS", "EXTERNAL"

when I synthetized under ISE webpack 14.6, PLL not work because compensation have this definition.
