Toolbar in NiftyPerforce not working in 2010 [was: niftyperforce not working in vs2010]

The toolbar shows up as blank, with no buttons on it, although the extension 
seems to load fine in output window.

Could you try to reset the addin as outlined in the FAQ?

I've gotten some reports of the toolbar not working correctly in 2010, could 
you explain more what you guys did to get this to happen?

After reset, the toolbar got icons.
But next time i launched VS2012, it will go back to same status.

I also get the same issue when relaunching VS2012. Resetting the addin works 
fine but as soon as I close and reopen, the tool bar is missing.
