✨ Enhancement: Add TSC Governance Details to /Community Page

There is currently no information on the website about the Technical Steering Committee (TSC) or governance structure. This has led to confusion when inquiries about the TSC arise as suggested by @gregsdennis on slack discussion.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a card to the /community page that links to a TSC details page or displays relevant TSC information (e.g., governance, roles, responsibilities). The card could expand on click to show additional details.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Adding a standalone page for TSC information, linked from the navigation menu.
• Including TSC details within an FAQ section of the site.

Hello @gregsdennis , I made a basic governance page, I have some questions for feedback:

• Should the governance content be added as a separate page(e.g., /governance) or integrated under /community/governance?

• Do you prefer adding a dedicated link to the governance page in the navbar or keeping it as a card under /community?

• Is there a specific image you’d like for the governance card/banner? Any existing design references?

• Are there additional points or sections you'd like to include beyond what's in the current governance documentation and FAQs? (As I've added basic points from the docs available)
