Describe the bug

Users do not receive adequate feedback when actions yield no results. For instance, when a user applies filters with no matching data, no message informs them of this.

Steps To Reproduce

1.Go to "https://json-schema.org/"
2.Click On "Tools"
3.Try Applying Filters That Don't Yield Any Results(Ex: Select "Benchmarks" From Tooling Types And "GitHub Actions" From Environment) And Click "Apply Filter"
4.Observe How It Doesn't Give Any Feedback Necessary.

Expected Behavior

Implement user-friendly notifications or messages for scenarios where filters or searches return no results, enhancing clarity and user experience Such as-
Whenever Some Search Or Filter Yields 0 Results, Display a Message Saying 'No Results Found'.

Screenshots

For the above stated Filters, The Page Is Shown as-

Notice How The "Need Help" Section Comes Up, Makes the UI look broken or Gives a sense of "Still Loading" to the user.
