Notes:

• The team decide to roll over the discussion on the the proposal of the stable spec so this will be discussed next week. See discussion here.
• The team had a friendly discussion about GSoC and the upcoming timelines.
• @benjagm shared that JSON Schema will receive a $500 stipend per contributor (often called the organization stipend) and suggested to provide a mentor stipend for mentors that are not being paid to work full time on the project. The team liked the idea but agreed on using the voting process to take a decision.
