separate view from index implementation in instasearch plugin

Currently, our modified view is contained in the same plugin as the index itself. This comes from the original InstaSearch plugin. Would be nice to separate both for better SoC of functionality and UI. This way, one can query the index plugin programmatically without the need of depending from the UI.
