Hi,

We are having issues with how the font renders on-screen and prints for our powerpoints, word docs, and emails. It appears ok on our website (I believe because it's using WOFF files). I can not figure out what is wrong. Has anyone encountered this, and is there a solution? This happens for the regular barlow font and barlow medium. We haven't tested the other fonts.

Hi,
yes, this will be fixed soon. Barlow has been manually rehinted, I will let you know when there are new files ready to test

Thanks, I am going to test on a few computers tomorrow. I will post the screenshot tomorrow. We were using the 1.1 version.

Hi, Here is a comparison of the V1.1 that we were using and the 1.5. The 1.1 looks cleaner in our Outlook. I think the issue is when we scale down the font.

this is extremely helpful, thank you @FHLBNY-Marketing ! I can see my hinting strategy improved some letters but introduced new complications to others.
Are you able to tell me which version of Windows and Outlook you are using?

Sure, Windows 10 and Outlook 365. Also, not sure if the resolution of my screen matter, we are on an aspect ratio of 3:2 so 4500x3000 or 2250x1500
