Dear Barlow Condensed Font Design Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out to you as an avid user of your Barlow Condensed font, which I admire for its elegance and versatility.

Recently, while working on a project in Catalan, I noticed that the Barlow Condensed font does not include support for the "l geminada" (l·l) and its uppercase form (L·L), which are essential characters in this language. This discovery concerned me, as these characters are fundamental to Catalan writing, and their absence limits the font's usefulness in projects requiring this language.

I would like to strongly suggest that you consider adding support for the "l geminada" in future versions of the Barlow Condensed font. I understand that including new characters may pose technical challenges, but I am confident that this change would benefit a significant number of users working on projects in Catalan and other languages that utilize this character.

If you need further information or details on this issue, I would be happy to provide any assistance that may be helpful. I am committed to supporting your work and am eager to see how the Barlow Condensed font continues to improve in the future.

Thank you sincerely for your time and consideration regarding this request. I look forward to your response and any future updates on this matter.

Best regards,
Sergi Alarcon Recio

Hi Segi, thank you for the report on Barlow's issue with the punt volat; this issue is known, and has been fixed but not yet published. You can download a preview version of the corrected font files here: https://github.com/jpt/barlow/archive/refs/heads/1.5.zip
Please let me know if they do not work for you.
I will keep this issue open until the 1.5 version is merged into the main branch. You can follow progress on that here: #99

I want to extend my sincere gratitude for addressing and resolving the issue I mentioned in my previous ticket. The implementation of the solution in version 1.5 has been tremendously helpful, and I am impressed by the promptness and effectiveness with which you have addressed my concerns.

However, I have an additional question regarding how I can make the most of this update. I would like to test out the fonts that have been incorporated in version 1.5, but I have noticed that the WordPress template I am using does not include them directly; rather, it fetches them from the Google Fonts API.

Could you please guide me on how I can proceed to test these fonts? Where should I upload the necessary files to be able to use them? Additionally, I would like to know how I can insert the code into the header meta tags and if necessary, the corresponding CSS code to ensure that the fonts are applied correctly on my site.

I appreciate your assistance and guidance in this matter.
