Some icons are not compatible with trunk on admin category	NEXT-24710

Administration

• Changed the old icon in /app/administration/src/app/component/tree/sw-tree-item/sw-tree-item.html.twig from default-basic-shape-circle-filled to regular-circle-xxxs.
• Added the styling in /app/component/tree/sw-tree-item/sw-tree-item.scss to make the icon size is smaller.
