FR: select workout track on gpx file upload

Quite often I have multiple tracks in a single GPX file and it would be nice to be able to select specific track from GPX file on workout uploading.

This requires a multi-step input form, unless this is fine as a post-import edit step?

Yes, post-import editing is fine as well.

I did some testing, but so much code needs to change that it's probably more efficient to add a small GPX editor. This will need to wait until I got other issues fixed.
