ros-noetic-rospy cannot be installed after installing tesseract

I get the following package conflicts when trying to install ros-noetic-rospy after installing tesseract-robotics-superpack:

Just to keep track of it, we need to migrate the ros-noetic-* packages to use tinyxml2=9: tesseract-robotics/tesseract#419 (comment). @wolfv will is working on the migrator but is on holidays for some time, so it might not get done for another little while.
