Influxdb volume should be mounted to /var/lib/influxdb2 instead of /var/lib/influxdb

Please fix this, this is extremely important. The current volume mount means that the influxdb data is not stored in a persistent volume at all!

This is truly annoying. I lost all my data after running docker-compose down.
