Currently, this repository does not have any documentation of what's required to contribute.
(Signing of the CLA, supported java versions, code conventions and so on)
Imho we should at least add a CONTRIBUTING.md which lists the requirements.

This is not only an issue on this repo. it applies to most repost in the jitsi organisation.

Can you specify what things you expect from contributors?
I'll try to get a PR ready to document them 😃
