Update acme.sh to 3.0.7

Hi gent's. After update acme.sh to version 3.0.7 how can i change default CA? Currently script using Zero SSL as default, but i want to use Letsencrypt?
Can't find any variable to make something like this:

acme.sh --set-default-ca --server letsencrypt

Hey Mike! It's not currently possible, but we'd be happy to take a PR that makes it configurable.
