Request: Record room

A room that allows enable video recording of the session with screen/webcam/mic.
Simple stream everything to the buffer until stop button pressed and release it as a file into the chat

Hi @the-homeless-god, thanks for sharing this idea. I don't know that stream recording would make sense as part of Chitchatter's core feature set, but I think it could work well as a plugin. I have to fully think through how a plugin system might work, but it seems like it should meet this need while keeping Chitchatter relatively lean and focused.
