Feature Request: Limit the rate of refreshing mentions to every X seconds or minutes (a workaround for the flickering issue)

I have the flickering issue for thew mentions box. I know I could turn off Influx while typing but I don't want to, I never use Obsidian's reading mode and only use it while typing.

There should be a setting to type in the number of seconds or minutes, and next to it, a drop-down to select either unit. Then Influx only refresh that often and no more often. If this feature gets added, then add a refresh button at the top of the box to manually refresh it.
