When we set up the ActS events in RunListenerImpl#onStarted we should add a PREVIOUS_ACTIVITY_EXECUTION link. We can obtain the previous build via Run#getPreviousBuild, obtain that build's ActT via its EiffelActivityTriggerAction, and we're off to the races.

Come to think of it, it's not obvious that Run#getPreviousBuild is that build we should point at.
