Feature request: add a --purge option to jx upgrade plugins

Following this slack thread, here is the feature request to add a --purge option to the jx upgrade plugins command for deleting old plugin versions clogging the ~/.jx3/plugins/bin folder.

Workaround:

for now just zap it by hand + it’ll download lazily whatever it needs

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.
Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale.
Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
If this issue is safe to close now please do so with /close.
