Replaced the picklist showing the available locations (with preconfigured End Point URL's for each API Service Endpoint) with an open text field URL for each API service. This is easier than to support different versions of API Gateway URL's. Reasons: IBM keeps changing the API Service End-Points The latest update now adds a specific Instance reference to the Service End-Point URL IBM has added two new locations for the Visual Recognition Service next to Dallas: Frankfurt and Seoul
