E.g. log10 to avoid the workaround for plotting I currently have. Would involve 0 -> NaN for the conversion.

Worth watching the PR for makie colorscale argument before I do anything though. If/when that goes through there will be no need to add any functions to change what is plotted.

colorscale argument looks to have been added so check see if this can be updated to use colorscale = log10.
