RFE/C: Add KZip to Zip ToolChain

@javiergutierrezchamorro I've had a bit of a conversation with Ardfry LLC about inclusion of Ken Silverman's KZip to FileOptimizer ever since noticing it isn't used, though PNGOut is. They seem to have no problem with it, just as long as it keeps up with the latest releases. (I've permission to include the entire details, & will do so in a later post if there's interest.) Is there a reason it's not already included? I guess most simple would be via ReKZip batch file, found @ same link, but just below ZipMix.
