As of React 18, they're no longer a thing.

Do this and do this separately before #1057

Idea: copy paste ReactTestUtils to @nowarn("cat=deprecated") LegacyReactTestUtils or something, then remove Mounted completely from ReactTestUtils

Was too hard to do before #1057 so now it's part of #1068
