Implement notification call to shell

There needs to be a configurable shell command that is executed when channels are opened, buffered, changed or updated by also passing current channel epg data. This script can then call external devices or perform any other action. Intended use is front-panel LCD displays, indicator LEDs or anything else for integrated devices.
