Package with latest fixes

I saw that there are some changes in master which solve PHP 7.1 warnings.

Is there any release yet? Looking at vd-update.xml the version is long outdated.

Looking at the extensions directory, I get a message saying:

This extension has been unpublished for the following reason:
UR1: Broken Links

I forked this repository as it seems this project is dead.
A new release compatible with PHP 7.1/7.2 is available here: https://github.com/smehrbrodt/virtualdomains/releases.

Good morning I've installed the latest version, but I can see subdomain websites (e.g. www.francesco.gitravel.it) I just see a page with "This is a placeholder for the subdomain francesco.gitravel.it" like it's empty. Also, the Host check says "Foreign Host or redirection!".
Could you help me? thanks
