ObservableRangeCollection.Remove doesnt update UI (PropertyChange) #78

In codebehind I am removing item from ObservableRangeCollection and my UI doesn't update ... if I switch to ObservableCollection UI update.

I tried to use RemoveRange too but the same issue as Remove.
