Indeed, in the GIF of README file :

We can see the segmentation quite off, here with more details:

Is the subject : sub-2648B_ses-2648B-T1w slice 32, from dcm-brno ,

So I checked the dcm-brno manual GTs (here the QC) and I note that there are some subjects that require corrections.

For the README GIF, I will this T1w image
