Purpose: Prepare T3 participants for challenging scenarios in FL training delivery.

How to get started:

List challenging situations from your training experience
Consider common participant behaviors/questions
Review feedback from past trainings

Content requirements:

Common challenging scenarios
Response strategies
Prevention approaches

Definition of Done:
Section includes:

At least 5 detailed scenario descriptions with:
- Situation description
- Early warning signs
- Prevention strategies
- Immediate response tactics
- Long-term solutions
Scenarios must cover:
- Knowledge level mismatches
- Resistant participants
- Technical disagreements
- Group dynamic issues
- Time management challenges
Each scenario includes concrete examples
Guidance on when to escalate issues
Tips for maintaining professional atmosphere

Suggested time-box: 4 hours
References needed: Adult learning conflict resolution literature, training experience
