Purpose: Provide concrete guidance on structuring T3 and FL training sessions.

How to get started:

  1. Review your own FL training schedule
  2. List timing challenges you've encountered
  3. Consider different training formats (in-person, online, hybrid)

Content requirements:

  • Sample schedules for different formats
  • Time allocation principles
  • Adaptation strategies

Definition of Done:
Section includes:

  • Sample 5-day T3 training schedule
  • Sample 3-day FL training schedule
  • Guidelines for:
    • Session length
    • Break frequency/duration
    • Exercise timing
    • Buffer time allocation
  • Adaptation guidance for:
    • Different group sizes
    • Online vs in-person
    • Different experience levels
  • Common timing pitfalls and solutions
  • Maximum and minimum durations for key topics

Suggested time-box: 4 hours
References needed: Existing training schedules, adult learning literature about attention spans
