Highlight critical aspects that T3 trainers must emphasize when teaching didactic methods and tools.

How to get started:

  1. Review LU03's learning goals (3-1 through 3-6)
  2. Open FL curriculum and identify sections where teaching methods are particularly crucial
  3. Look at success stories/challenges from your own training experience

Content to add:

  • Which aspects of adult learning theory are most relevant for FL training
  • Common pitfalls when teaching technical concepts to experienced professionals
  • Critical success factors for activating participants

Definition of Done:

  • The "Important" section contains clear guidance on:
    • Key points to emphasize when teaching about learning methods
    • How to balance theory and practice in didactics
    • Common misconceptions to address
  • Each point includes rationale why it's important
  • Section references specific LGs from both T3 and FL curriculum
  • Maximum length: 1 page or ~400 words (to maintain focus)

Suggested time-box: 3 hours
References needed: Bowman's "Training from the Back of the Room" or similar adult learning resources.
