@DE-ZM

Learning methods or training/teaching methods? I can understand what is aimed to explain...but the wording sounds a little bit confused...learning is more described form the perspective of learners. It can also be understood as the T3P apply the learning methods for joining the T3 training...

What is the right wording here Learning Methods or Training Methods?

Maybe @DenHerrRing can elaborate on this?

  1. Context:
  • We're teaching trainers how to deliver training
  • The methods we discuss serve two purposes:
    a) Methods they use to learn during T3 training
    b) Methods they will use to teach FL content
  1. Recommendation:
  • Use "Training Methods" in LG 3-5 as it better reflects:
    • The trainer's perspective
    • The active role of delivering training
    • The professional context
  1. Implementation:
  • Update LG 3-5 title to "Training Methods"
  • Keep references to "learning" when discussing participant experience
  • Add clarification about the dual nature (learning & teaching) of methods in T3 training

@DenHerrRing - Could you confirm if this aligns with your expertise in didactics? Specifically regarding:

  • Professional training context
  • Adult education terminology
