Metalnx unable to display all the uploaded files

After uploading files into irods , front -end(metalnx) is not displaying all the uploaded files (500 out of 6000 files missing.). ils on irods server shows all the uploaded files.

Multiple files are uploaded into irods from another server after loading irods modules and running a script containing iput -K command.

What version of Metalnx are you running?- 2.6.0
What version of iRODS are you running?- 4.2.11
How are you generating the list?- Files are uploaded to irods using iput -K command which is being used in a script to upload multiple files into irods from another server.
Are you doing a search?- I have verified on irods server, all files are showing there, but around 500 files are missing in metalnx front-end .
