rodsuser seems like a more reasonable default user type when creating users. I accidentally created a bunch of rodsadmins before I noticed the user type field and that seems like a Bad Thing.

agreed - default should be safer.

I fixed this in the jargon-irods-ext repository to update UserServiceImpl.listUserTypes() to return RODS_USER first.
