Add config option to reset the db with start

Sometimes it happens that data is missing within the indexer and this can only be rectified by a reset. Here it would be very practical if there were a config option with which you could discard the old database and the indexer would recreate it. At the same time, this would also solve the problem of the database being reinitialized if the node crashes.
