Bug description

Wanted to run the sandbox on a MacBook with Apple M1 Pro chip, but it seems like the architecture isn't supported by one or more of the images used in the docker-compose.

Expected behavior

I can clone the repository and run ./bootstrap.sh.

Can the issue reliably be reproduced?

Yes

Example repository

No response

Steps to reproduce

Checking the chip (just to show, that it's an M1):

> ~/p/iota sysctl machdep.cpu.brand_string
machdep.cpu.brand_string: Apple M1 Pro
