I am just really wondering, how this plugin works.
Will it ever get as good as the Duolingo splash screen?
Duolingo has native apps.
The duolingo splash screen is full-screen green right away, without any black in between.
With this plugin the screen is black at first for some time, longer time especially when not having viewed the splash screen for a long time, in my observations. It is really short yes, like 100ms.
But the fact that there IS some time in between makes me just question whether
is this a bug in my case and it should work?
is this known behaviour and true duolingo splash screen performance cannot be achieved with capacitor, currently?
could (2.) maybe it could be made to work in the future?
Here is a video of the duolingo splash screen, unfortnunately I could not find one where the app is opned but it turn green right away, no black in between when opening the app:
Note:
I am not talking about the seemingly moving splash screen they have (I think it's a trick with showing the same screen as in the splash screen on app startup, animated.).
