feature request: discover new ow ids

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be neat to get
a) a notification on new owfs ids discovered by the adapter and
b) have an option to automatically add these newly discovered ids to the adapter configuration as new fixed wires.

Describe the solution you'd like
As the owfs adapter has a list of known wire ids it would make a comparison with the ids from the owserver possible.
For a) I guess it would be great to have a state where new wire ids were discovered (true/false trigger) and a second state where the ids are listed (list of ow ids). This feature would also be nice to increase the security of the 1wire bus (get alarms on new devices).

For option b) it would additionally be nice to have these newly discovered wire ids automatically added as new wires. Names should first be generated but should be manually configurable to change afterward.
