feature request: add invert option

Hi,

It would be nice to have an invert option for iButton like the iButton option itself from the UI.
This is very useful if you have contact sensors where some are normally open and some are normally closed, as you can get the same result or state without adding some extra logic elsewhere.

Describe the solution you'd like
Option in the UI for each wire to check if it should be inverted. Default should value should be false so we don't break all existing configurations.

Describe alternatives you've considered
At the moment this needs to be inverted by a script oder using e.g. node-red.

ALso an Alias yould be used to invert the value, btw
