Backitup integration into the CLI backup command

Since some users get a bit confused with backup and assume that "iob backup" starts the process of Backitup, the idea was to possibly offer this with an additional flag.

Idea would be here possibly over sendTo and a flag e.g. (iob backup --all) the process over backitup to start.

Alternatively to sendTo Backitup also has a state, with which one could start the process.

Here one would have to look then surely still somewhat more deeply, in order to get also the logausgaben on the cli.
