Cortexlab has subjects with periods (.) in the name, however this isn't supported in ALF but could be.

  • add dot to one.alf.spec in subject, collection and revision regex patterns
  • update ONE ALF tests
  • restore ALF validation in Alyx after checking that it works in the cortexlab instance
