Support for transactions

The sled datastore does not make use of transactions, or even write batches, making its use relatively unsafe. There was an attempt to fix this when sled was part of the main repo in PR #105, but it was ultimately closed the implementation hit a memory leak in sled itself. Once this is addressed, we should make this datastore safer.
