Fingertip should renew its own certs before expiration

I think reinstalling will fix my issue until this time next year.

I had to delete a folder and then restart. I was then prompted by Fingertip to setup resolution:

# delete this folder
/~/Library/Application Support/Fingertip

So I guess, just zap that folder and run the initialization.

Yeah just deleting the folder should work for now until we support auto renewing.
