We need to add a Terms & Conditions page to outline the rules and instructions for using our website. This will help inform users of our policies and their responsibilities.

Actual Behavior

There is currently no Terms & Conditions rules on the website.

Expected Behavior

A Terms & Conditions page is available on the website, outlining the rules and instructions for users.
