[Enhancing] Enhancing Footer section and Navbar for proper layout

Description

The Navbar is overlapping with actual content of site.
The footer section is not maintained well. Its not at proper place leading to improper site UI.

Actual Behavior

the navbar is overlapping with sites content making is ugly
the footer is inclined to one side leading to improper ui in site

Expected Behavior

The navbar should be blured background baking it easy to read.
The footer should be aligned in center wrt the site (Same as Navbar)
